Today when this happened again, knowing that I cannot continue to afford to allow this to continue, I contacted the bank again. This time I had to close out my account, miss time from work in order to reopen another account. There really should be something that can be done to stop these people. This is just ridiculous.
I would really like to know how people are able to get the information that they need in order to get our account information and be able to deduct funds without our authorization.
I am extremely angry about this. The laws should be made worse for these people.
