I am getting denied my rebate by TCA because I'm not submitting a store receipt with a transaction number.

I don't have a store receipt, I bought the item online. The online instructions say to print your confirmation e-mail to use for rebates. TCA won't accept it.

CompUSA sent me an invoice. But I'll probably get denied again because it doesn't have a transaction #.

CompUSA should drop TCA.
