Unbelievable experience with this company today. They called 5 times in one hour to start, before I was able to answer the phone. The women was beyond rude, threatening me to make a payment, threatening collections. I am 17 days late on my payment. Have never been late before and was so beyond livid that I called back to speak to customer service. Canceled account. Cannot even believe the way this went down. Totally unexeptable costomer service.
