After paying premimums for 3 years our refrigerator went out. Called and made a claim. It has been over a week without a refrigerator because this company is to cheap to pay an extra 30.00 to overnight or even 2 day a 75.00 part. When you call they gve you the standard " Oh I'm sorry" crap. I called and told them I found the part locally. No go.. they want to have it shipped from someplace across the country. If your mortgage company has this option with this company.. SAY NO! They run under many different names.
Would be nice if mortgage companies would check into who they are using for this rip off service!
