I found DOBA while looking for a supplier so I could sell on ebay. I am disabled and live on a very meager 500.00 a month. They seemed for real and do do what they say, if you have the money I think this company will work, but once you enter into the agreement you are tied in.

I entered into an agreement with them and after I got through looking at my income and bills I decided that this is the wrong time for me to do this so I cancelled within 24 hours. Well, they kept ALL the money. All $152.39. I couldn't get it back. They ask me "didn't you read the agreement?" I couldn't believe it. I thought that I would at least get back a little of it since I only had the account for a couple of hours. WRONG!!

If you can't afford to go all the way in, don't agree to anything. There is no gauranty with this company. Once they have your money, they KEEP it.

charlene is not fully informed

When you are called on the phone you don't have a contract to read or sign. You may or may not get an email contract to read. What you are told and what you get are two different things. DOBA contends that a phone call is a signed contract even when they lie to you. They told me that they didn't have any connections to xyz company, yet they had my credit card number that came from xyz. XYZ company had no authority to give out my credit card number to any company yet DOBA had it and used it.

Doba Keeps Their End Of The Contract And You Should Too

AUTHOR: Charlene - (U.S.A.)

I will agree that if you sign the contract and expect to get your money back after you cancel that contract, you won't. That is what contracts are for. They are binding. If you haven't read everything on that contract, you shouldn't sign your name to it. This isn't just about Doba; this is the same for ANY and every contract. Did Doba ever promise you that you could get all your money back if you canceled the contract within a certain time frame? Somehow, I think they didn't. So therefore, you are the one breaking the contract. They are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing, legally. And because you backed out of your end of the deal, I don't think you should ethically bad-mouth Doba.

I've read positive review after positive review about Doba--and those are from satisfied customers. They are even an eBay certified service provider. Somehow, I don't think eBay would certify them if they truly were a scam or dishonest in any way. Also, with a little research I found that Doba has been voted the best company to work for in Utah. Usually with companies that are dishonest to their customers, they are dishonest to their employees. They tend to treat the two groups the same. So what does it say about Doba if they treat their employees so well that they have that #1 vote? It probably translates into the same way they treat those who sign and follow through with their contract--with respect and honesty.
