Be careful of this company located in Las Vegas, NV and in several cities across the nation. Scentura Creations is working illegally to sell their product. Larry Hahn is a big scammer and liar, not only is he scamming the parfume business but he has also worked with Real Estate. Hester is nothing more than a motivational speaker. Think about it before you just go with it! They have several ads posted in the classifieds all saying you could make 40k a year, with mgmt opportunities. If you call they will have you come in same day for an interview. I knew something was weird when you walk into the office to do the interview and there was no computers or books or anything for that matter. If a company has 900+ locations and you are able to really make 40k a year starting why wouldn't they have a nice office? Why wouldn't they have a computer? Everyone uses computers! You'll be made to feel special during interview 1 and they will ask you to definately come back to a second interview.

What they wont tell you is that it is a group interview. You go into the room that has 20-30 people in it and they prepare you for the boss to come in and tell you to take a lot of notes and smile because this will make it easier for Hester to choose you. When she comes in Hester Hernandez does nothing but lie to you. She is a motivational speaker, she's going to pump you up to work for this great company all the while never really telling you what your specific job duties are. Then she will tell you about all the money you can make, which lets face it, if you responded to the ad your more than likely looking to make some decent money at 40k. She'll tell you that you'll go through a training process which she'll call "boot camp".

At the end of her 2 hour lecture she'll have made decisions on who will come back on Monday for this "boot camp" and she'll base it off of who she thinks is "strongest". In all reality, she is looking for the stupid weak ones who will fall for her lies. When you go back for training on Monday you will meet her partner who just like her is a motivational speaker. You'll learn about this company that has scammed hundreds of thousands of people across the nation. Then you find out that you have to sell this 3.3 oz bottle of knock off parfume (3.3oz is a REALLY small bottle of parfume) for 25+ dollars to your friends and family, and if you do you'll get cash bonuses.

That's where I really caught on. She told us that in order to scam someone you have to take their money, and she may not be taking yours but she's taking your families. The whole thing makes me sick I come from a small town in Northern California and this is the kind of stuff you only read about. If you think I'm making this all up google the company, Scentura Creations, you'll find one site that is positive and thats their site. Google Larry Hahn, you'll find out how much of scamster he is. Look it up on badbusinessbureau.com. There is nothing but negative on these companies and you could get yourself in a lot of trouble if you get to involved, people have gone to jail, people have been fined, and people haven't recieved money after working for them for 5-8 weeks. BE CAREFUL!
