This "company" has been scamming people all over the US, and they ALWAYS have a different company name. Here in Las Vegas they are going by the name D.V.A. They are located at 1500 Tropicana Avenue Suite 222 Second Floor on the West Side of the building. They are affiliated with Scentura and Larry Hahn. If you don't believe me, PLEASE type either name onto RipOffReports and you will see for yourself.

I was almost brainwashed into working for this company...but thankfully my mother has more brains than I do and told me to get online and investigate this company because something sounded to good to be true. And sure enough...IT WAS!

I answered there ad on Wednesday and was asked to come in for an interview later on that day. When I got there I was amazed at how small and dirty the office was and how loud they were playing rap music. I chocked it up to me being judgemental and over-looked it. Then I met Antionette and she seemed plenty friendly and gave me my 5 minute interview. I was asked to come back the next day for a second interview with her boss. I left feeling grateful. FYI Antionette is a SNAKE!!!

The next day I show up, and was a bit surprised to see about 30 other people waiting for their second interview as well. A few minutes later we were all brought into the most DISGUSTING little room ever and seated in these nasty stained chairs. I couldn't believe it and almost walked out before I sat down, but I stayed because I need a job. A few minutes later some guy comes in and preps us on ways to impress the boss...smile, don't ask questions, take notes, show you have a great personality etc. And then in walks HESTER HERNANDEZ aka The Master Manipulator. This lady was good. If she was selling dirt I would have bought as many bags as I could afford and then came back for more another day. I mean she was good! She started explaining the company and let us know we would be working for a multi million dollar corporation and that someday we would be as successful as she was! Didn't you all know Hester makes $300,000 a year and owns 5 properties??? She told us that we would not have to sell anything...and that this was a management opportunity and yada yada. I bought everything she said! We learned about Larry Hahn (who she said she wished was her babies daddy) and that we would be in charge of our own staff after the training period, and selling perfume to our familes to get our feet wet and know what our staff would be dealing with. And the best part...and I can't even believe everyone in that room included myself sat there smiling when she told us that we would get paid CASH through our training.

You would think that something like that would throw up a red flag right..? Or the fact that she told us this was a multi-million dollar corporation...but we were all sitting in stained chars and this office had no computers. Or the fact that Hester told us she makes $300,000 a year herself but clearly wears clothes from Tello's (that's the kind of store your local stripper would shop at for those of you who don't know) Or the fact that we just sat in a room with someone for 2 hours and still didn't know anything about the company we were being hired to work at??? Nope. Not one. Hester is that good at manipulating. I got offered the job and I thought I was the lucky one! HA! Like I said...thank god I called my mother to tell her the "good news"...and thank god my mother has her sense about her, cause I would have wasted SOOOO much of my time.

I have read reports online that this company does identity theft...but I've only seen a few. But just to cover my own a*s I went back down there a few hours after I left the interview with my husband and demaned all of my information back (resume, their form they have you fill out for the 1st interview, and the form you fill out when you get the job). At first they tried to only give me a copy of them...but I brought my husband along to make sure they gave me back the originals.

I personally am not all that upset that I got "had" for a few days...but I am upset about all the people that were there with me the other day and told Hester that they have kids to feed and got there hopes up that this was the break they've been looking for. They thought there was going to be some light at the end of there tunel. And I'm upset about the people who Hester asked to quit there current jobs to work for her. It's one thing to leave a job because you've gotten yourself a better one...but it is not right to ask someone to leave when all your going to do is SCAM them.

This should not be allowed to happen. I have already contacted the newspaper and news outlets. I hope if there is anyone reading this who has had a similar experiance that you do the same. The only way to stop people like Hester and Larry is to cut them off at their source...FALSE ADVERTISING.
