We went to Dan Wolf Chevrolet of Naperville to purchase a used HHR that had arrived for sale. We arrived with a PRE_APPROVED letter and check for UP to 30K from our finance source and they salesman Ed Dor... Kept us waiting for over two hours while he claimed they were processing paperwork.

Then we were told they needed to contact the finance source and could not until Monday (this was a Saturday) but this is a national finance source which I was told by them today that they are open every day except Sunday for dealer support.

We patently waited for call back on Monday (which I assumed would be AM) but no call came. after I called, the salesman told me they were in the process and I told them we wanted either the car or the paperwork for the approval back so we could make another appointment later that day at a dealer that would help us.

Repeatedly the salesman claimed they were working on it and after I sent my wife to recover the documents they were NO where to be found and the salesman kept telling her it would be ten minutes and then disappeared for thirty minutes.

The paperwork never appeared but the salesman claimed they would sell us a NEW car if we wanted it...

being a victim or identify theft I am very concerned when a company of this size has no control over personal information and can’t keep competent personal or process in place to protect its current and prospective customers.

DO NOT go to this site un less you have cash in hand..they will surely lead you down a path that will take more then your patience away.

Beware of these kind of companies that are NOT concerned with anything but the sale…might as well post ypur personal data on the web for everyone to use.
