David Novak is a convicted felon that now operates a legal 'consultancy' for people that have criminal case pending, see dnovakconsulting.com . He makes large claims on his website about working out amazing deals and having lots of grateful clients. He states because of his experience in the legal system, he understands and is in your corner.

In reality, David Novak is a fraud. He was convicted of fraud before (see dnovakconsulting.com/dnc_team.html#david ) and continues in dishonest, criminal behavior. He is only interested in defrauding the client and exploiting people in desperate situations that need help. He will use scare tactics first; instilling fear of long jail sentences and no hope. Then, he presents himself as the solution to all the problems. He will make false promises that never get delivered, he will lie and say he can get deals worked out, he will exploit any angle to bill as much money as he can. There is no limitation to the deceipt David Novak will perpetrate. Also, there is no attorney/client priviledge so he will 'sell' your information (ie: facts pertaining to your case) to other clients. In other words, Novak 'snitches' on his clients to other higher bidders.

What makes this fraud particularly despicable is because people's lives, freedom and families hang in the balance of such legal matters. Whereas David Novak, as the legal advisor, is supposed to the one person you should be able to rely on, the client is in fact sleeping with the enemy.
