I worked for this company for about five weeks. I was hired on as a collections agent. I was told to lie to the clients all the time. I was told to say that I worked with a fictitious law firm and told to threaten these people with liens on their businessess, supeonas to court and various other threats.
These are all people from the many different islands that already don't have alot of money. Every day, I felt horrible about myself, while Ginger, the office manager, would sit back and laugh at these peoples pain. Then she would push me harder and harder to threaten these people. It was never enough.
In actuality there is absolutely nothing that this company can do to these people. So please DO NOT do business with Dolphin Bay Advertising or David Phillips. They will rip you off!!! Oh, and definatey do not give them your credit card number. They will make other charges on your credit. One of their employees did that and Ginger did not even press charges against this girl. Stating that the girl had been a close friend. However, I got hints that she benefitted and profitted directly from these unauthorized credit card charges.
I decided to quit this horrible company and they have not paid me my last 2 paychecks. My second to last paycheck they wrote me a bad check off an old bank account and I guess thought I would just go away. I have a family to support and my time away from them is precious to me. At this point until I get my money, I worked for these people for 2 weeks for free.
Not only does this company rip off their clients but they also rip off their employees. DO NOT do any business with Dolphin Bay Advertising or become employed by them or you will get ripped off.
They used to be called Island Media Advertising, but have since changed their name since they got such a bad wrap under that name. So please be aware that Island Media Advertising and Dolphin Bay Advertising are one in the same company.
I will do my best to take you down David Phillips and Ginger Sears!!!!

honey, thats been going on for years and years. i assume the friend is ameerah? they were also named caribean yellow pages and super pages. they have been cheating customers and employees for az long as they have existed. not one employee have ever been given theyre last check and no one gets good checks... except his favorites. i have seen him steal so much. he doesnt care aboutany of his employees unless they are just az grimy as him. the customers cant sue him, they are in the islands. his home office in st john is a po box. the funny thing is he has never been held responsible for any of his bad check writing. i worked for him for years
