Hello. Please everyone, do not sign up for Dazzle White Pro, Dazzle White, or Dazzle Smile Pro!


I stupidly signed up without doing my research on the company and now I'm paying. I signed up about 3 months ago. There were no terms and conditions until after I paid with my crdit card.


As soon as I realised it was an international based company, I immediately tried to cancel it. I had a long and very painful live chat with a company rep (see below). I knew it was dodgy after that chat so immediatley called their number.


The rep told me not to worry and that it was all cancelled bla bla bla. Now I must check my credit card daily as I was 'automatically' signed with two other fitness or weight loss comapanies who continually take small amounts off my credit card. I believe they are only small so they assume you won't notice.


I have to call my credit card company each time to dispute these. In fairness they have been excellent and have refunded my money within a couple of days. It is getting to the point where I will have to cancel my credit card to see if that stops the payments. Apparently, this doesn't always work. Anyways below is a transcript of the first and second chat I had with them.

you: I purchased a trial of Dazzle White for only $1.95, but when I got the receipt it said $11.90. Now I'm guessing that's because I'm in Australia???


Luke: Could you please provide me with your full name, email address and postal/zip code, so that I can pull up your details?

 Luke: Please allow me few moments, while I locate your transaction.


 you: OK, thanks


Luke: What we have charged you is


: Luke: 1. US$1.95 for shipping and handling


Luke: 2. US$9.95 for international shipping


 Luke: I would like to inform you that we ship international shipments via best shipping method . In order to secure your shipment and our authentic Dazzle White, we charge an extra USD$9.95 for international orders. I hope you can understand.


you: Would I please be able to cancel that order, I made a BIG misteke I'm sorry


Luke: You have been removed from the auto ship program and you will not be receiving any further shipments. As per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to before placing your order, your card will be charged the discounted rate of $58.76 for the first shipment of Dazzle Whitening teeth after the completion of the trial period.


 Luke: Your cancellation # is Luke: 123325


you: Hey....what $58.76!! That wasn't shown


Luke: As anybody started a 14 day trial for DazzleWhite Pro with just a basic fee of US$1.95 for Shipping(extra US$9.95 for international orders. ). They will receive one month supply of DazzleWhite Pro, but the trial period is just for 14 days. As they decide to keep continue, We do charge US$58.76 after the trial period. (As each Tube costing US$58.76)


you: I haven't decided to continue and my receipt says This is your receipt for your $11.90 purchase of a 14 day trial


Luke: That's the reason, you have not been charged $58.76 yet. That is only a pending charge.


 you: OK, so your cancelling me now and I wo'nt get that fee right? You nearly gave me a heart attack!


 Luke: We are able to cancel your future shipments of DazzleWhite Pro ONLY except the trial shipment. Which I just did.


you: Can you please tell me if I will charged anything at all, thanks


 Luke: Your card will be charged the discounted rate of $58.76 for the first shipment of Dazzle Whitening teeth after the completion of the trial period.


you: Luke, I'm cancelling everything today, please tell me If my card will have any money taken off it


Luke: Your auto ship program has been cancelled by us and you will not be receiving any further shipments .


Luke: You will not be charged the US$58.76 for the trial if we receive the package back before the 14 days trial period is over. If the package arrives after that, then you will still be refunded.


 you: What about any payments, will I be charged anything?


you: Please don't send me the package


Luke: Yes Luke: Sorry, we cannot stop the shipment .


 Luke: As soon as you place an order, your shipping details get immediately sent to our shipping dept. for processing.


you: what will i be charged, as I want to cancel everything today, I made a mistake, please withdraw my payment


Luke: You will not be charged the US$58.76 for the trial if we receive the package back before the 14 days trial period is over. If the package arrives after that, then you will still be refunded.


you: Luke, please cancel the package, I have made a mistake you: There was no terms and conditions shown when I signed up


you: I have the receipt which doesn't mention anything about further payments


you: I have contacted my credit card company and asked them to dispute this payment


Luke: For that request you have to call our member support staff at our toll-free number from Australia 1-800-153-318 . They are available 6 AM to 7 PM MST weekdays .


 Luke: Ok,You have been removed from the auto ship program and you will not be receiving any shipments including trial one.


 you: Thank you, I do apologise as I'm really careful with stuff like this and there was no mention of further payment.


you: Thanks Luke: I hope I was of assistance to you. Is there anything else I can help you with today?


you: I've called that number, it's no good


Luke: If you like, you can .


you: No, can you please assure me that no money will be charged???


Luke: Pending charge of US$58.76 has been removed, which will reappear on your card shortly.


you: and the $11.95???


Luke: For that you need to call our phone support .


you: Do you have an alternative number, that one is a Canadian number you: If I'm not receiving any shipments, why will I still be charged???


you: I'm taking this matter further


Luke: It is an US number which is toll free from Australia .Please call the above number, please pre-fix with dialing 001-800-153-318


you: Yes, I have dialed it and they say they are closed which is why you should be able to cancel the whole deal, forget I even went on your website and cancel everything from me please


Luke: They are available from 8:00 P.M TO 9:00 A.M according to Australian time (EST). you: I just want to state that nowhere, nowhere on my sign up was there terms and conditions stating that further payments will be taken out. And I'm upset that you can not cancel the $11.95 now as I have only just placed the order and your shipping department obviously hasn't received it yet. I need to state this for my Credit Card company who will be disputing this claim


 Luke: We are unable to process that via live chat because of your privacy and security reasons.


you: that's OK I will call after 8pm my time


you: But you can cancel my ongoing fee?


Luke: We already did that. Pending charge of US$58.76 has been removed, which will reappear on your card shortly.


you: No no, you miss understand, why can you cancel my ongoing fee but not the original $11.95, privacy is obviously an issue for both cancellations


you: Do you also have an email address I can send an email to?


Luke: We have already charged $11.90 , for the shipping and handling. Luke: We are not authorized for refunds .


you: But the number you gave me will be able to refund?


 Luke: For that you need to call at above given phone number. Luke: They are only able to help you regarding this.


you: OK

you: OK. But I just want to say this is very suspect. I am being charged from the UK, Cyprus and the US. I have disputed every payment with my credit card company and I am going to take this further. Please inform your supervisors. Thanks
