These people do not stand behind and guarantee their products at all. I bougth two products that did not work and they hung up on me when I called about returning them unopened and unused. Do not buy anything from them.

Unfortunately This Is Our Policy

We have strict return policies for a reason! How would you like to be on the receiving item of an item that was returned to stock because you decided it was not what you thought you purchased? While you may not be a dishonest person there are those that are and could have possibly used an item. washed it off and returned to us stating that it was new! I couldn't imaging doing business with ANY COMPANY that would accept an adult novelty item in return unless it was covered under a mechanical defect warranty, which all mechanical items are covered for 30 days after purchase.
I guess your report is actually favorable for www.dearlady.com since now people know there are companies that WILL accept your return and WILL restock and send to someone else. As long as we have been in business our policy will and has stayed in affect and be assured www.dearlady.com WILL NOT accept returns of sexually oriented items unless they are mechanically flawed.
I do apologize that you are upset but you need to understand our point of view when you are dealing with this type of merchandise and hopefully you will never be on the receiving end of one of those not as honest as you!
