Dell Computers Transfered to India Round Rock Texas

Dell has gone to hell! I have just spent a hour and a half on the phone being transfered to the Phillipians & India! I sent in my laptop on June 24th 2013 to be fixed i spilled water on it and admitted to is to them. they called me today (7/10/13) and said the could not get the motherboard for my computer! The computer is only 2 yrs old? Then when i got trasfered to the parts department by accident they said they had my motherboard in stock? I have tried for a hour and a half to get someone in the U.S. to help me but cannot. they keep transfering me back to the Phillipians and India! I paid $338.02 to have it repaired wich incuded my parts & now its being shipped back to me unrepaired they said in India? WTF! I am Livid Pissed & will never buy a Dell Computer ever again. I have been a long time customer & at one time loved Dell & thier products. I never had much problems with my laptops (I bought 4 in the last 2 years) but becuase of thier customer service i will never buy a dell again! Lynn Tucson, AZ
