This is an attorney who offers variety of services including foreclosure defense and bankruptcies.

For foreclosure defense, he or one of his assistants shows up two or three times a year at the court charging clients $600.00 a month.

He has guts to charge people $600.00 a month for filing standard internet forms three times a year….. hummm…….this is a free country and really the people can do with their money whatever they want to do. So, everything is alright as long as promised services are performed. But life shows that not always is like that.

He or his assistant shows up at the court as long, as they don’t forget……if the do, you get kicked out from the house and you lose your house and money paid to him…..so you need to consider that….. and this is exactly what happened to me.

After paying for two years the required fees, I found out that my house has been sold on auction and Mr. Knipp did not even know that, because he just overlooked my case….what’s a shame…..and finally he just send a letter saying that he doesn’t work on the case anymore…..hummmm.

He doesn’t  work on the case?

Actually he has never worked on that case…he has not gone to the court even once, because he just simply overlooked my case. That’s all. However he had guts to send me a bill every month…ridiculous…

Let’s face the reality:

His foreclosure defense is just filing standard free forms downloaded from the internet.

He does not even do that personally, the girls sitting in his office are doing this – and due to lack of experience - they make mistakes and often they are missing the court dates. I assume, that he does charge less than $350.00 per hour. Let’s say - he pays them only $15.00 per hour -  so for the remaining difference which is $335.00 per hour - he should at least take a look over their shoulders to see what actually they are doing….

But……it looks like during his hiring process b***s and a**es are more important than any other assets or experience….

These girls are allowed to bring their dogs to stay with them in attorney’s office…can you imagine dogs in the attorney office, picnic atmosphere, in the total mess the dogs taking shits on your file…for as low as $600.00n  a month, if nobody goes to court….hummm…..you got kicked out?....so what?… who cares…..you can always go to a shelter….so what is a problem…?

They have made their money already……. so… no problem…..next victim please….

Actually, anyone who knows basic English can do it  using standard  forms  available on the internet for free or – if somebody doesn’t even  have an access to the internet – a available for $9.95 plus tax at any Office Depot……

If for any reason you do not pay your mortgage, you will probably - sooner or later - loose the case, but you will not lose the money, and at least you will not miss the court date.

So my advice is stay away…..or make sure you do the job for them …. prepare the forms and go to court in person……
