I hired Mockler for a divorce. At one of the hearings he "forgot' to bring my case file to court. As a result I am ordered to pay $2,000.00 which I would not have had to pay.

After I paid him in advance a total of 9,500.00 up front he stops returning phone calls or letters

He refuses to give me a bill after repeated written requests.

I was making about 60 K a year. was married 3.5 years she brought nothing to the marriage. First she was given alimony of over 2,000.00 a month, this left me with 700.00 to pay bills and raise my daughter from another marriage. He would never file or do anything to get this changed.

The wives attorney sends a written agreement to me thru Mockler asking I file our last tax return jointly and she was to get 2,000 and me the rest. Mockler told to I should comply. The check for over 4,000 comes in Mocklers office sends it to her attorney for her to sign. Instead her attorney keeps the check. Mockler refused to get a court appearance ref to this, her attorney however does and requests the judge to find me in contempt for not signing and giving the check to her. Over and over I call his office trying to find out what is going on. He NEVER returns my calls, I hand delivered him one letter, mailed him another and sent the third registered mail. All are ignored but the last one while he never answered any of the questions he sent me a hand written letter saying he was insulted I sent him a registered letter and threatened to quit my case.

I tried half a dozen attorneys but no one would take the case because of the state it was in saying to report Mockler to the Florida Bar.

When the judge gave out a notice that it looked like I needed to pay her $127,000 as apart of my retirement. Once again no objections from Mockler.

This divorce cost me over $200,000 dollars all with not a word of protest from the person who took the money and refused to object anything, return calls, explain to me what was going on answer or give an itemized bill or any bill for that matter.

And legal malpractice, I can not find an attorney they all say the recover has to be over 300,000 dollars for them to even review the case.
