Digital Electronics House Misleading Sales, overpriced merchandise and Bad Customer Service New York New York

I had rushed to buy an unlocked phone before my trip to Europe. The sales guy oozed charm and was willing to sell me anything. He was going on about my beautiful dress and beautiful this and that---totally inappropriate! I felt weirded out and quickly left the store after paying about $100. Got to Europe and found out the phone would not work. I took it around to different placed and everyone confirmed that it was locked. I bought a new unlocked phone (for only about $40) and it worked like a charm. 

I got back to the US and went to the store to try and return the phone. I really did not need the phone as it never worked in the first place. One of the sales guys was willing to offer me store credit, but the owner/manager quickly intervened and basically was yelling that I was a liar as he put in a sim card and it worked. I don't know what to say as I definitely had no service when I was away. But I was still a liar and yelling ensued. I ended up leaving the store without the phone, without store credit. Do yourself a favor and always buy from reputable retailers. Not this place!
