I went to this doctor's his office, a little hole in the wall, in Huntington Beach, CA. He charges me $200 without any treatment and tells me to make another appointment for Monday just to see if he is going to accept me or not. Why would I want to pay a doctor over $200 just to see if he is going to accept me or not, when I was in excruciated pain? I placed a stop payment on my check, notified him and cancelled the 2nd appointment. This so called doctor took me to court and collected from me over $400. Then he called me and told me I had an additional balance and told me if I did not pay it immediatelly he was going to have a warrant for my arrest, an additional $25 or $50. Beware of men who call themselves docs. They are money wolves in disguise. This doctor slandered me all over the place. Then he claims to be very automated, does not even have a web site and makes all kinds of claims of all his credentials and years he has been in practice. Extremely bad doctor to patient manners. And since judges side with doctors I did not have a chance for justice, in Westminster, Orange County, CA. I went to another doctor and for $35 a visit in a few weeks I was well.

The Facts of My Case

AUTHOR: Tina - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 08, 2009

I'm glad a couple of you took time to rebutle.  I just want you to get the facts straight.  No, I'm not off or a crazy lady.  In fact, I'm an accountant and law student.  I was really a victim of the judge in Westminster, on a false hit and run case because I was racially profiled and put a stop payment on the false impoundment of my car.  I don't even get tickets and HAVE NEVER HIT A SINGLE CAR.  I addressed the issue with the City, County and state, and seven key people were removed, including the judge, chief of police and the investigator.  I even have evidence of a false court record.  I went through hell because of this case.  You can find the report under the City of Westminster.  Yes, I was a victim of Dr. Cauble, and a victim of the judge and many chiropractors.  It took me 22 years to find the right chiropractor and thousands of dollars.  I have to drive from Westminster to Fullerton to see my chiroproctor.  I was rear ended at a red light 22 years ago.  I was the one that was given a fix it ticket, not the one who hit me because she was white.  I neer knew racisim until I came to Orange County, in the 35 years I spent in Los Angeles.  To get back to my spine injury, not many chiropractors know how to adjust the head and jaws, which it was my main problem is.  Dr. Cauble is not a caring doctor, which is the point I tried to make.  After this posting, He sent me a very threathening letter telling me he was going to sue me again for this posting.  Of, course I refused the letter.  If he knew my where abouts he would be suing me again.  He is sue happy.  His posting is full of hug wash.  A caring doctor does not sue, nor thretens to sue because I post a complaint in ripoffreport.com.  He is lucky I did not report him to the board of chiropractors, to the BBB and Consummers Affairs.  Since I posted the initial posting he has actually opened his own website.  Just look at the posting, accusing me and slandering me.  You should have heard him slandering me in court.  In addition, he digged dirt out about me with the previous Iranina chiropractor who practices in the slums of Santa Ana, CA.  This Iranian doctor charged me $1,000 in advance and told me he was going to take my Worker's Compensation case, because I had been reinjured at the job.  However, he just took my money and did not mean it about representing me.  Of course I filed a claim for a refund because he had all of my money and had only seen him a few times.  Beware of chiropractors, they will take your money, and not do much for you.  There are good and caring ones, you just have to look around and check them out.

Don't forget to go after this doctor for violation of confidentiality (i.e., HIPAA) for divulging your personal information in a public forum.

As for your complaint, however, I really don't know what your problem is. Just because you did not successfully get a "quick fix" to your problem does not give you the right to stop payment on your check. If being a "senior citizen" as you say makes you unable to afford medical treatment, then perhaps you should explore your other options.

Dear Dr. Quack,
Your story doesn't add up.You stated this was a difficult patient yet you took her money and gave her a second return appt. to come back and see you ? If this person was as nuts as you make her sound and has seen so many different chiroquackers why would you want to even treat her. You also said you where forced to sue this patient. How were you forced? Maybe you should try telling the truth, Your the owner, the boss, the chief bottle washer, the top Duck (quack, Quack), your the deisions maker. You weren't forced to sue, you choose to sue becuase you wanted that lady's $200 dollars; And lets quess what this lady got for for $200, a 2 view pa and lat x-ray that cost you less than $ 10.00 to shoot and process and a ten minute bullcrap car sellsman pitch on how you can cure anything and everything. I agree this lady sounds a bit off but your suppost to be the doctor. why not just rip up the check and let it go. You really weren't out anything but some time. Do you really think a real doctor (MD) would have done what you did by sueing her ? I think not, and you Chiroprators can't understand why people won't treat you like real doctors and make fun of you.

Response to complaint

AUTHOR: Dr.david Cauble Dc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 18, 2008

This patient came into my office complaining of a long history of neck and back pain.she had been to 2 other Chiropractors earlier in the year. She complaining about them as being incompetent.I have been in private practice fo over 32 yrs, over 8000 patients, and had to handle this patient with extra care. She was told in my consultation, before being examined, that the purpose of this initial visit was to examine and X-ray her to determine whether or not I felt I could help help her.She was very vocal about how pleased she was about her experience in our office that day!

While checking out at the front desk, she told my staff manager Donna,in front of 2 patients coming in for their adjustments,"what a great Dr.I was and how happy she was to have found some one so scientific and caring. We were amazed the next day when she called Donna and said"I am not choosing dr cauble as my Dr" She went not to say that she was not going to let dr cauble determine whether or not he was going to accept her! She then hung up and stopped payment on the check she wrote us for the initial exam.

We were forced to take her to Small c
aims court. She asked for a new judge,as she stated that this judge was prejudiced against her.She said in open court that he ruled against her on another auto accident case, where the person she rearended was lying and she never even hit them! This patient, then went in to the next courtroom and claimed that I was a racist.I then told the judge that this patient had made racially derogatory comment about the previous Chiro. The judge asked her if she indeed did say those things ,and the patient stated that she had.

I have a great reputation in my community.I was named Chiropractor of the Year in 99 by my Chiro Assoc.I am presently the Chairman of my Chiro Assoc.Ethics Committee.I serve my profession by teaching postgraduate continuing education seminars to the Chiros in technique. Sincerly Dr Cauble
