I got approved for a loan on the computer for a car , the company is located in Brooklyn .Being a first time buyer i was told by the sales man to yes the company to death when they called me about the car so i did not knowing any better .I was sold a 2003 jetta with alot of items which it does not have and my payments are outragious. I have tried to get the car refinanced to lower my payments and the company claims they don't do that. I also see that the loan was approved by chase bank which i wonder if they are aware of what this company is doing.

Drive financial is very rude when they call . I am paying for a car that does not have all they claim it has and also with the interest rate i am actually paying for a used car triple what i should be paying .I traded in my fathers old car at the time, had to give them money and i had to use my mother to co-sign for me. With my car payments being so high i could of bought 4 new cars.

I have all the information on this company in brookly which i feel they should be investigated being they deal with Drive Fianancial and they are also ripping people off. Please have some one contact me in regards to my case as soon as possible , to see what i can do .

You don't know very much about auto financing, do you?

First of all, our company, Drive Financial is located in Dallas, TX. You may have bought your vehicle in Brooklyn, but we do not nor have ever had an office outside of Dallas.

Second of all... any "extra" features Drive Financial has claimed you car has or therefore charged you for were reported to our company by the dealership where you bought your vehicle. We go on their word alone, and the fact that we expect our customers to be intelligent enough to read what they are signing.

If we were charging you for something your vehicle didn't have, then you should not have signed the loan. Also, we don't price the vehicle ourselves... the lender does, and we lend YOU the money to buy the vehicle from them. You also have such a high interest rate like you said, because you are a first time buyer and either have little or bad credit. High interest rates are the cost of driving a car and building your credit.

And last of all, Drive Financial calls at 15 days past due and up. If you are receiving calls all the time, chances are, you are not paying us, therefore we can call you if we want.

Hope this clarifies things for you.

I will like to be a part of any class action law suit against this company. Please have someone get in contact with me so that we can proceed with what ever action needs to be taken against this company, and anyone they deal with. They are ripping off alot of people and something has to be done to stop them. Have a lawyer or the media get in contact with me as soon as possible.
