Drivers Solutions Brian Alsip THIS COMPANY DESTROYS FAMILY FINANCES Internet

My husband was trained by this company with the hope and the dream of making a lot of money for our family. Yeah! OK! THAT didn't happen. Half of his paycheck barely covered the bills back home while he was on the road, the other half we had to use for supplies for him WHILE he was on the road. Drivers Solutions and PAM Transport jerked him and me around FOR MONTHS , while I was fighting with the State of Michigan through the Family Independence Agency for Food Stamps to feed our kids. The "Payroll Information" that they gave over QualComm was inaccurate. I kept a detailed log of his paystub every pay. While his dad lay DYING , ON HIS DEATHBED, PAM Transport played pingpong with my husband, bouncing him back and forth between 2 cities 2000 miles away for 4 DAYS. They would not speak to me ("We don't deal with wives") , and would not respond to him when he told them that he had to come home for a family emergency. His dad passed, and he went back on the road briefly, ended up quitting to come home to help me take care of the kids, his mother  and his father's financial affairs. I spoke to Brian Alsip to attempt to set up a payment play for the tuition for his training, due to humungous financial strain we were under, we could not keep up with the payments. I attempted to make yet another payment arrangement. He would not even speak with me. He took my husband to court and was awarded a garnishment in 2009, the garnishment began in 2010- and here we are in 2012 and WE ARE STILLLLLLL PAYING ON THIS. This loan was for $7K, and this year ALONE we have paid over $4K. This garnishment should be paid in full. I have attempted to contact pro-bono or low income attorney's here in Michigan, noone will help us because the case was filed in Indiana. I was told that my husband was going to have to physically go down to the court to take care of this. Yeah- OK...we are VERY low income now- and have no cash to get down there. In trying to look up an attorney on the courts' website- none of them list anyone that will help residents outside of Indiana, which is a crock of nonsense in itself. I am glad that I seen your site online here- because I was beginning to wonder just what the heck was going on, and I had no idea how to go about finding the balance of the garnishment or what to do to fight this. I seriously need legal advice on what forms, etc to file to get this stopped. Our credit is completely ruined. Our family has endured financial hardships that no child should ever have to live through. This needs to end. This needs to end NOW. Also, I read earlier in one of the posts before that Brian Alsip is a nice person...or something to that effect.....no, no he's not. Not by a LONG shot. Drivers Solutions and PAM Transport should be fined HEAVILY for the way that they treat their drivers so bad. Noone should have to be used as a human ping pong ball while their parent lies dying on their deathbed. I will NEVER forgive this company for putting my family through that. NEVER.
