On June 5th, 2012 I had a written agreement to purchase an HK 33 pre may sample from Dwain Scott Cheshire, Lake Havasu City, AZ. I sent a check to him and the transfer was filed with the ATF. Several months later, the transfer had not gone "pending" and I was growing concerned. Mr. Cheshire stated he would send me my money back until the transfer cleared. On 9/5/13 the transfer was approved. Since that time, I have been emailing and calling him to confirm that he had received the approved form. All requests have been ignored. Today, I called the ATF and discovered that Mr. Cheshire canceled the transfer. I have sent him an email, text message and phone call requesting that he honor the agreement but they have all been ignored.
Beware if you intend on dealing with him as he did not keep his word with me.

This was a complete misunderstanding on my part. Scott moved and changed his phone number and email address. When I called ATF and learned the transfer was cancelled I assumed the worst. Scott called me today and told me he had to cancel the transfer because he moved. He filed a new transfer. I offer my sincerest apology to posting this and retract it in full!
Scott, please forgive me I jumped to conclusions!
