These parts were shipped out of the California office, I spoke with them the day that you contacted me via live chat. They open at 12pm, I will email them and get the tracking number. As for it not starting, try a little starting fluid on the spark plug and see if that helps. You can also remove the filter and spray starting fluid in that way.

Rochelle contacted our company via live chat saying that her product had damage. I asked that she please email over a picture of the damage part so that we could replace it. One clamp was cracked and a piece of plastic covering the
clamp was cracked. Our website offers 2 pocket quads, one without suspension for $399.99 and one with suspension for $449.99. Ms. Rochelle said she received one with suspension but was not happy with it because it looked similiar to the one for $399.99, but it had suspension. Suspension meaning front and rear shocks.

I tried to explain to her the difference again, that one comes with suspension and one does not and that is the $50 difference. them the pictures and they agree with me. i paid 449.99 for this and the web site you sent me for the this bike you sent me is 399.99.... so basically you ripped me off ... i expect the broken parts to be sent....i dont have time and patients to deal with this anymore... "

I offered her a refund 3 times in our conversaton on 3-28-08 and each time she declined the offer. Her final statement at 2:55: 53 PM [Vistor} "i am happy with it but my point is i didnt recieve what i ordered. i just want the parts and ill let the attorney general and the bbb handle this ... bye"

We attempted to resolve this situation and Mrs. Windland refused our offers. We have in no way committed any type of fraud and by her own words she said she was happy with it and her kids were happy with it.
