The same thing happened to me. Free cd pay only shipping and handleling 1.99. I did receive my cd still as of yet to look at it. That was in March 2009.
I also received a call from one of the main people wanting to know if I would be interested in becoming a leader or something where they proceeded to ask if I had an account of 1000.00 or more.

He wanted me to talk to his boss while my boyfriend was here which would have been the next evening. I thought about it and became kind of curious about why he asked me about my account and decided against it. So when he called the next evening my daughter answered the phone because I was busy doing something. She relayed to him that I wasn't interested in joining and he got rude and told her that he had to talk to me or my account would still be charged. He gave her a number for me to call back.

I wasn't really worried because I didnt think he had access to my account because I didnt realize they had a hidden terms agreement. Well afterwards I did call back to the number he left as to which all I got was a recording to try again later. Which I did to only hear the same message over and over again. Well needless to say a transaction on my account for 69.64 showed up. I called the number that my bank gave me. I told her that I never gave anybody premmision to take anything from my accout except the 1.99.

She asked if I had read the terms to which I didnt because I have never came to a site that it was hidden in like that. The lady on the phone said I had to follow procedure. They would send me a form to fill out to cancel this. Well Ive never received a form. Here we go again another charge for 69.64 . Called again they told me the same thing again. Filled a claim with my bank. Then today another 69.64 called the woman (Ellen) I am irate by now she begins telling me the same thing again.

I said no you have never sent me a letter or email or anything to which she hangs up. OH NO I called back where the same woman answers her phone. I am telling her she hung up on me and I wanted to talk to her boss. She tells me That she has told me the procedures and hangs up yet again. OH NO SHE DID'T. I called once again and when she answered. I told her we can go at this all day. I demanded to talk to her boss or give me number. Where she told me that they were not allowed to give out that number.

Finally she puts me on hold to where she says she is calling her boss but all she gets is a busy signal. I say that fine Ill stay on the phone until she gets an answer. She continues to tell me that she is emailing me the form at that time to fill out and send back. I have to follow procedure. Well after her trying (suppose to have) 3 more times. I'm wondering this is supposed to be a big company why is she the only one answering the phone. So ask and she claims that she is the only one in customer service ??????

So I ask her what am I supposed to be paying for she replied an online business but she cant tell me who or what it is ?????????????? Needless to say they wont get another dime. I closed that account but Im still out 3 payments for something that I know nothing about. Oh yes checked my email to which she was supposedly emailing me the form right then. Which has been 6 hours ago and as you may have guessed no email !

Finally they sent me a form to fill out and send back. They ask for my account number again - Due to mail delivery times beyond our control allow 21 days for processing ???? We have 7 days to cancel subscription??? Then I have to sign a form that says all products and services are non refundable. What services or products????? That I'm responsible for these fees. NOT !! Why do they want my bank account numbers again. Funny thing is customer service pulled up my account by my name and address !!! I'm not putting my account number on anything else for this company and I'm definatly not signing a paper that I'm admiting that I'm responsible for something I'm not ! Please do not fall victim to this scam!!!!
