James Rapholz, under the pen name of Economic Advisors of Pompano Beach, FL is peddling penny stocks on the OTC (Over the Counter) trading exchange with multiple FALSE statements about these OTC traded companies.

His latest buy recommendation - ITLI (Intelligentias), is a pink sheet OTC traded company with ZERO revenues.
Rapholz's newsletter advertisement says the stock will soar to over $17, and to get details one must subscribe to Rapholz's Economic Advice newsletter for $149/year.

His advertisement for his subscription based newsletter is filled with LIES about ITLI, such as ITLI is "making money hand over fist in Europe"..pg 1; "the company continues to pile up profits (they operate with an impressive 70% profit margin)" - pg 5; " Net profits (the bottom line) in just the second quarter of this year is expected to leap 88% over the first quarter 2007 Net profits" - pg 9.
All the above statements by Jim Rapholz's ECONOMIC ADVICE solicitation for a subscription, when ITLI actually has has ZERO revenues, according to their latest May 15, 2007 SEC 10Q filing located here:

PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN, AND ARREST JIM RAPHOLZ for violating fair trade practices and committing FRAUD.
He is advising subscribers who pay a hefty annual subscription, to throw their hard earned money away on a worthless ITLI stock.
He is nothing but a FRAUD.
He is PUMPING and DUMPING, and it is illegal.
