Ed Morse Sawgrass Cadillac brake fluid Sunrise Florida

My car was brought in for brake repair.  I picked up my car, drove approximately 30 miles when the brake light and check brake fluid lit up on the dash. The car was towed to the service center.  I was told it was a rusted brake line that was difficult to see and I'd have to pay additional costs for the repair.

When the car was up on the lift for inspection, the line was in tact and there was no evidence of any rust nor any sign of brake fluid leakage. The customer service I received was reprehensible.  If I hadn't gone to the service center and confronted the service personnel about this situation and escalated the issue to the GM of Sawgrass, I would have been charged additional costs for a poorly done repair.

Since this incident I've spoken with many individuals who have had incidents with this service center.
