Elliotts Towing - Alvin Johnson, President Mr. Alvin Johnson of Elliotts Towing, disappointed when I told him I wanted my car back, proceeded to damage my vehicle. Ruther Glen Virginia

I returned home on Monday Dec 10th and got a message about my car at Elliott's Towing. I called Alvin Johnson, President and he offered me alternatives which I vehemently rejected. I told him I wanted my car and will be there to get it. He offered towing and his fees were much higher than my guy was willing to take. When I got there on wednesday morning, he produced a bill for towing, abandonment, storage & processing fee. I was willing to pay just so that I can get my car back. He took the money $585 and said he'll be back in 5 minutes with my car.

Half hour later, he brought the car and I immediately noticed the damaged wing mirrors and when I looked into the car, I noticed all the knobs were missing ! I immediately called Mr. Johnson who told me that I should be putting my foot up my sons' "***".

Actually, I think I should have been putting my foot up Mr. Johnson's "***" for being a thief and a liar. I took pictures of the damages and of course had to take the car off his premises. My son told me they spent over four hours at his place, handed the keys over to the clerk, the car was not in any accident, hence no damage was originally on the car. He was there with three others who will vouch as witnesses.

This practice by a business owner, who is off the highway, where a lot of innocent motorists become "victims" should be stopped. I know it will cost me another $300 or more to restore those parts not including labor.

Someone has to do something to stop Mr. Alvin Johnson and his "rip off" operation.
