Epoch systems went through a period were they could not pay their clients. When I complained they decided to cancel my account. In the internet processing business reserve or holdback is typically held 6 month.
They held almost 10,000 US Dollars for almost 2 years and said they would hold 300 dollars just encase of a chargeback. Well it's been 5 years and they still not paid the over 300 they owe us.
During this period when they couldn't pay they threw a lavish party on a Riverboat on the Mississippi that must have cost a fortune.
Since the law is you can not charge back a credit card after 6 months I think they can feel safe to pay me my 300 plus interest.
