Equity Lifestyle Properties Hometown America Don't Buy From Unless You Want to Throw Money Away Rockland, Massachusetts

We live in the crappy town of Rockland Massachusetts. Three kids in a mobile park that was bought out by Equity Lifestyle properties. We never got any info of this. We bought in at a lot price of $512.00 per month. The price went up in a week or two to $562.00. We were never informed of this change but that we owed $12.00 and change more after paying. One of our kids got bit by a pitbull living in the park and another came home with a what looked like a heroin needle stuck to her shoe. Other crazy stuff has gone on. We are concerned if sex offenders live here and because they are not zoned we never will know.

If they think that raising prices to get rid of people is going to work, they have no clue. They own a mobile community and we have rights, not to be exploited by a consumer price index that doesn't even talk about mobile homes. Learned this from one of the supposed residents. Get it straight. Hillcrest and Leisurewoods are trailer parks in Massachusetts. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!!
