The following facts are deemed reliable and accurate:

1. The Court Ruling submitted on this website was a "doctored" version of the actual Court Ruling.
Todd doctored evidence to be used in Court and coerced a former Officer of Equity United to give false testimony in conjunction with that lawsuit. The former Officer refused and subsequently RESIGNED from Equity United Mortgage Corp. and is now employed by another reputable bank. The Defendant, "Tom" who is a reputable mortgage broker, has an Umbrella Insurance Policy which includes lawsuits and defamation of character, etc. Tom's Insurance Company agreed to the "out -of-court settlement unknowingly to #1.and/or #2, however, in light of these facts presented, Tom's Insurance Company is now pursuing civil and criminal action against Todd Zoren.
Todd's Attorney will tell him that doctoring evidence in a Court proceeding is Fraud, Perjury and /or Contempt of Court, the latter charge is punishable by 364 days in jail before the Perjury Charge is even heard.

2. Todd Zoren and Equity United Mortgage was (or still is) being INVESTIGATED by the State of Maryland for fraudulent activity!. This has a potential fine in the millions of dollars. Contact the State of Maryland Dept. of Labor Relations who handles all Financial Crimes, for an update.

3. A complaint has been filed with the IRS for fraudulent 1099's being issued by Todd Zoren and Equity United Mortgage to employees. Status: TBD.

4. Todd Zoren gave FALSE TESTIMONY (lied) in an Unemployment Benefits Hearing for a Loan Processor who was fired right before Christmas because she took time off to care for her now late father, who was dying of Cancer. She was in fact given permission by her Manager to take time off.

5. Todd Zoren overcharged Branch Manager's for Credit Reports they did not request, and bilked those accounts for money they earned.

6. Todd Zoren refused to pay a Branch Manager who was forced to resign from Equity United Mortgage, because her husband was sent to Iraq and she has 3 children to take care off and could not run the Branch alone. Todd refused to help her, so she resigned and Todd Zoren owes her over $25,000, but will not pay.

7. ALL OF TODD'S MANAGERS QUIT AND MOST OF THEM NOW WORK FOR OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANIES! EVEN TODD'S OWN BUSINESS PARTNER QUIT.

8. After all his employees quit, Todd tried to sell-off the Office Furniture on Craigslist using a false and misleading ad stating that he was relocating the business to the West Coast He even tried to sell the Savin Copier he was leasing from Advanced Copier Systems. (He probably would have reported it Stolen)

Today Todd sits in a tiny office by himself, with the lights off and the thermostat at 80 degrees in order to save on his electric bill.

Now Ask yourself, given all the choices (mortgage companies, banks, etc.) you have, is Todd Zoren the kind of person you want to work for?
