The Eyeglass Factory and its' owner Hiran Mazaira is a scam. The ordered eyeglasses from us and wrote us a bad check (Check # 118 for $1,190 dated 4/12/12). The owner of The Eyeglass Factory broke his promise to us to make the check good. The owner now screens our calls, tells his employees to take a message and simply runs and hides from this matter. We are filing this matter with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office (where the NSF check was received) in order to file criminal charges against the owner, Hiran Mazaira. This guy is a scam, the checking account he wrote the NSF on was brand new and he did not have the funds in the account when he wrote the check. We spoke to the landlord who leases office space to The Eyeglass Factory and the landlord said they are having trouble with them also. This is the first and only time that we have done business with the Eyeglass Factory. They have defrauded so many other companies with bad checks that they have to continously look for company's that they have never done business with because no one will do business with them more than once because of the repeated bad checks, fraud and scams. The employees at The Eyeglass Factory all seem to be in on the scam. Nathan, Nicole, Robert all employees of The Eyeglass Factory seem to take pride in being crooks. If you have been defrauded by The Eyeglass Factory please contact the Worcester District Attorney's office as we have been told that they are building a criminal case against The Eyeglass Factory and Hiran Mazaira due to multiple complaints filed by multiple victims. Stay Away. Hopefully, once the owner is arrested (Hiran Mazaira) the company will close down. But be advised the owner (Hiran Mazaira) is a life long criminal and will simply change the company name and keep conspiring to commit fraud against hard working honest companies.
