F & F Auto sales carlos deceitful,liar,misleading west bridgewater Massachusetts

I purchased what i thought was a safe car my daughter after taking it for a test drive the only thing i saw that it needed was a drivers seat because it slides back and forth on its own and asked him to make sure he goes thru the car before i picked it up

carlos the sales person said they already have gone thru and he would replace the seat no problem afew days later when went to pay for the car and pick it up i was told carlos left the keys at home and had to drive back to boston to pick them up after waiting for over an hour i left and said i would be back later (red flag #1) that after noon i picked the car up and as i was driving it home the engine light went on so i  took it for a sticker the next day to my mechanic he went thru the car and found it needed ball joints 1 tie rod end reverse light and the engine light so i failed inspection.

i went down to the dealer where i purchased the car and carlos wasnt there and no one else could help they gave me his cell phone number to call him myself another red flag after calling him for 4 days he finaly called me back and said to bring it down and drop it off he would take care of it a day later he calls me and says the ball joints and tie rod end are fine they dont need to be replaced it needs a computer which he said he wasnt paying for because he gave me a deal on the car

after arguing and having he's mechanic swear in the back ground at me i told him i wanted my money back i went down the next day he put the car on a lift and showed me that it didnt need ball joints they where fine and he agreed to pay for a new computer i noticed the transmission was leaking in my drive way that night . when i took it back to have the computer put in again they put it on the lift and said i must have ran over something to make it leak at this point i was so done with these people i paid for a new transmission pan and gasket and it still leaked after a second one it finaly stopped

mechanic said the first one was a bad gasket ya right this all happened within a week after driving it off the lot they finaly installed the new computer i went back for a sticker which i had to pay for again and listen to the owner of the place tell me he was going to report my mechanic for falsely saying it needed ball joints he said he has reported several other places and they lost there inspection license he goes and does my inspection passes my car with a reverse light out 2 weeks after this nightmare and the warranty expires the engine light came back on .

so this is where i am right now No new seat ,engine light back on,and worried about the front end ,i did replace the reverse light my self after
