Included in this ALERT are business names used to defraud consumers. The names listed is the SAME COMPANY and the same address. Too many names to list. BE AWARE!!!

I was with a talent and management agency in Florida. I was offered a part to do testimonials for this company. The pay offered to me was great. In the time it took to do the set and film; In the meantime; days passed, I inquired about the company (Federated Financial Srvs) to get a feel for the part and to know about what I was going to do a testimonial on. (The talent agency and it's producers are not going to be mentioned for privacy purposes) As I googled thru the internet, I discovered that this company's address was tied to other names that do the same thing. I also found too many consumer complaints that were upsetting to me.

As this came to my attention; I back out of the contract to do the testimonial. In no way did I want to be a part of this!! The talent agency was upset with me for backing away but no amount of money was going to change my mind. My face, my image was going to be on this site(s)..NO WAY!!

As time passed I conducted my own little research on this company. I found all of this in public record. I hope that I can help all consumers with this before they fall into the traps of the companies listed above & below:

Anyways.....thru further research I noticed they documented that Rip-off Report was a bad site and they wanted to sue rip-off report and did for more than 3 years and lost. In the lawsuit they had the asked for a change of judge. (racketeering/extortion claims) and thru all this drama and time passing the case was dropped. They almost had me believing Rip-Off Report was the bad guy. BUT YOUR NOT! You help consumers and provide alerts...People just need to do their homework and Google any curiosity they may have.

Now- If they were a good company, they wouldn't need to be changing their names so much. Come on - how many times can you change your name when you go to jail?
