Fountain-Jordan-SHepard Funeral Home Missing FILES OF A DECEASED Chicago Illinois

my mother die oct 16,2008.Fountain-Jordan-Shepard Funeral home did her body. we had the funeral that friday and saturday we burial her.two after that I needed her file to send to the insurance company.well they told me that they lost her files.then i went back again and the same thing.now they are saying that i stole them.I was nowhere near those files.I gave them all the papers that they needed.I just want a copy of her death cert.then when i got a claim form from the insurance company.I call the funeral to ask if they would sign the papers he said yes but when i got there he said that he would,nt sign it.then the funeral home call me and said that i stole the files.they are trying to blame me for something i did.i was,nt nowhere near those files.i have not heard from the funeral yet.i would like something done about this.i do not want the funeral think that they can get away with this.i had a hard time getting a death cert.can anything be done about this.my mother files are the only ones missing until this day.then they are trying to blame some more of my family for something they did.
