Bush passed bad checks to his subcontractors who placed leins on our property. he did not complete the work after recieving payment for materials. He had laborors from other jobs come and take material from our worksite and claimed material was being stolen.
Work that was done is far below standard. The local building inspector and an engineer could not believe Fred Bush is a ligidamate contractor due to the exceptionnaly poor quality of contruction that was done. They believed he was picking day laborors up from the street and simply handing them a hammer and nails, so to speak. Although on first impression he seems honest enough this guy is a total creep, dishonest through and through. If his name is Fred Leon Bush, stay away!
