1.) Frontier Communications takes your order for internet and phone service and schedules an install.

2.) No installer shows up on the scheduled day or all week.

3.) I call Frontier Communications and they say "there are no ports in my area for service." They have no idea if that is going to be a few days, a few months or ever. Nobody has any information about when they can resume service in my area. What type of people are managing Frontier Communications when they sell you the service and offer service in my area, but do not show up on the install date, do not provide a courtesy call to inform me, their poorly trained reps do not have any information nor can they find any and some incompetent manager can't purchase more ports for the demand.

4.) The problem is in Ely, MN. Since the area has no other phone service contracted for this area we must go with phone and internet until Frontier Communications gets around to putting in/buying more ports for my area.

5.) Not even the local satellite office where the installer work in Ely, MN have any idea when they can offer more ports so people in the area can have phone and internet service.

6.) I'm contact the Attorney General's office, the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. There are enough angry people meetin at the Ely, MN Chamber of Commerce and the Klun Law firm. We're planning a class action lawsuit because new businesses in our area can't even get a phone or internet service here.

Frontier Communications manage your service areas properly and stop providing services in such an incompetent manner.
