The 81 year old con artist, said he was going to give me a loan, and help me save my house from Foreclosure. What he really wanted to do was steel it.
My Home is worth $850,000 and I have $450,000. of equity. I put $350,000. down when I purchased the home for $700,000.
This charming man, white haired old man will say anything he can to take advantage of anyone, who has property that he wants. He is very skilled and reassuring that he can help you. He will promise you anything, to get you to sign his agreement.
This old Con Artist said he was giving me a loan, for $92,000 to bring my home out of Foreclosure. Grossman had me sign a Warranty Deed, which he said he would hold until I paid the loan off. Grossman then filed the Warranty Deed, and Claimed he now owns my home.
When I went to pay him back, he refused the payment. By the time I hired a lawyer, Grossman claims, that the repayment date had passed, and he owns the home for $92,000.
I have now been fighting this for over two years. Have spent over $150,000 and still don't have my house back. And Gordon Grossman claims, if I want it back, I will have to pay him thousands of dollars plus his lawyer fees and damages.
Recently Grossman purchased the Property now in Foreclosure from the Mortgage company for a lot less then what I owed. and now he holds the Mortgage. Grossman did this so he wouldn't have to payoff the Mortgage Company the full price.
BEWARE OF GORDON GROSSMAN he operates under many business names, and in Naples, Florida as well as West Bloomfield, Michigan.

I have been on the trail of Mr. Grossman for some time. His little run of bilking people out of their homes, their belongings and their money is about over. The Rip-Off report that was first listed here, by the person stating that Mr. Grossman basically ripped off their home, possessions, equity, and anything else he took is most definitely true. Mr. Grossman preys on people that he believes are unable to stand against him financially. Mr. Grossman looks for people that he can "swindle" out of their homes. property, automobiles, businesses, personal possessions, anything that he can get away with. He "bends" the law ever so slightly in his favor, and leaves just enough doubt with his many "lies" that people half way believe him. He will then get his "victim" in a position that they can not fight back financially (legal fees, attorneys, courts, etc) and he will then "take them" for everything they have. I have a substantial amount of evidence supporting the many claims that I have uncovered against Mr. Grossman. This is a man that has been in court over 50 times, so one has to wonder how he continues to get away with his little scam game he has going. Well, it is about over. I will be researching the claims made with the person who has listed this last complaint. As far as the last "rebuttal" that I see listed here, about the claims being a 'simple misunderstanding"? I highly doubt that the person that initiated this initial claim came back and said it was just a "simple misunderstanding". My guess: Mr. Grossman has figured out some way to make his own rebuttal so as to make himself look like he is okay.
Mr. Grossman, if you read this. BE ADVISED, YOUR RUN IS ABOUT OVER. If I were you I would make things right with this last complaint from "NoThankYou", if you know who that is. It will go much easier on you in Superior Court, when I file all the information that I have with the State Attorney Generals office, both in Florida, and in Michigan. I believe I have finally got you, and you are going down buster. I am sick of all the lives you have ruined for your own gain. Look behind you because I am closing in fast. You may not even see me coming.
