These charges appear every month on my debit account.
Three different charges appear under different names. You will see GSA/SAB Express, Grant Search and Networkagenda.com.
Tried calling the 800 and 866 numbers that appear on the bank statement and there is no answer just the ringing on the line. On line, I cannot logon to my account as I don't have any login credentials... Because It's impossible to have login credentials for a service you didn't sign-up for. Oh, yes, you can register by providing a credit card number??!!
Had to cancel my bank account to stop these monthly charges on the account. Want all the money taken out returned!!! I am angry that this unscrupulous business ethic goes on and there is no recourse.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Jack. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. You can also see that it is disclosed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Jack had he canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.
Unfortunately, I was unable to find an account for Jack in Enfield, Connecticut, so Jack, if you come back to read this please call customer service at 866-370-7270, (the number posted with this complaint is incorrect), there you will find a representative waiting to assist you with your concern.
