GUARDSMAN GUARDSMAN FURNITURE WARRANTY DENIED CLAIM TO PEPAIR BROKEN FURNITURE GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan

took out a warranty with guardian for furniture i purchased at havertys in port richey fl.  the couch frame is broken and fabric tearing.  i reported this to guardian, filled out a form and sent it in.  they denied the claim because they said  they do not cover these damages, and the date i wrote in was wrong.  it had to be 5 days notice of damages.  i wrote in the wrong date,and they denied the claim totally.  i spoke with several supervisors who were rude, arrogant and nasty to me, as were their representatives.  they did not want to hear anything at all from me.  this company is a total rip-off!!!!  they claim they do not cover fabric damages, pillows for the couch, or the frame!!  what else is there to a couch?  do not take out a warranty with haverty furniture at allcosts!!!
