Global AUTO REGISTRY Trapped me into their term and doing nothing TORONTO Ontario Canada

I have the same story with Global Auto Registry. I put my ads on autotrader.com. On September 19, 2008 one of their sales named Andrew Williams called me and said they had several potential buyers were interested in my vehicle. If I registered in their website, he guaranteed my vehicle would be sold within two weeks. They asked for $420 for listing and said if my vehicle would not be sold within two weeks, I would ask for total refund. So I gave he my credit information.

The next day I got e-mail from their company. They had charged my credit card for $420 and total invoice amount is $524. After I read their website very carefully, I was sure this company is totally scam. There are more than 5,000 Mecedes in Central Toronto area listing on autotrader website, they charge $75 for 5 weeks listing, but there are only 4 Mecedes in whole Ontario listing on globalautiregistry, however they charge $420 for listing for 90 days. So I called them and asked for cancellation. Their General Manager call John somthing answered my call and his attitude was very rude. He said I could not get refund within 90 days, and that was their company's policy.If I want to get my money back, I have to pay another $99.99 for coverage and get my auto registry notified within 5 days after 90 days expires.

A week passed, and I never get one call from the company. In this period, I called them many many times and asked for refund. They said if I called them again, they would call local police and sued me for harrassment. I taLked with credit card company and also BBB but could not get any help. Here I am looking for the same kind of victims of this company, especially in BC area, we can work together to initial a law sue against this company.
