When you call in to customer service your calls get dropped as well or, maybe they are just hanging up on me. Their service team is not professional; they don't know anything; and the whole thing is a scam. Please someone do something about this company. They should be accountable.
Everyone should start filing complaints with FCC; State Attorney General Office; and any other place one can be filed.
I even tried to find out where I could get information about prepaid phone cards that are purchased through the commissary which are Global Tel Link cards and they tell me I need to talk to the jail facilities to find out the balance on the cards???? The jail??? These cards are provided through Global Tel Link. What a ripoff!
