In the mean time I was charged an extra $ 58.61, and still can not use the CD and still do not know what the $ 58.61 is for. This is a rip off, for the CD (I can not use) cost me a total of $ 61.56 , and it might as well be blank for all the good it is doing me.
I have tried to reach someone and get a way to log on , and find out why they charged an extra amount, but with no luck yet. I am on a fixed income and trying to get My Son into college, the grants would help if I could use the CD to apply for them.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO SPEND MONEY to get the bogus crap they are selling.
The info on Government grants - how to apply etc is free from the government ALREADY! You just have to be willing to look for it and take the time to make sure that you are on a .gov website FIRST!
