Grant Store And My Calender Wizard.com Charged My bank account, and gave me a hassel to refund me my money Las Vegas Nevada

I have noticed that my bank account was charged $68.13 from a company called Easy grant cashstore on 2/6/09. And i was also charged the same amount in January, but from a company called 50 million Grant! Then another charge to my account on 2/16/09 from the company called My Calender Wizard.com. Notice that " Calendar is spelled wrong. That is how is showed up on my statement.

I went to my bank and told them about this and they looked up the companys and oddly enough they both had the same 1-800 number. For those who have tried to call and cancell try this number:1-800-235-1364. I called it and got through and spoke with a gentleman and after a few minutes he told me he would refund my money for February, but for January. He gave me a cancellation #. I'm still waiting for my refund it's been a week and he told me it would be put back in 3-5 business days.

I called the same number for My calendar wizard, waited for about 45 minutes, but was able to speak with someone. I told him that i would like a refund for $14.13. I told him i never received anything and would like my money back. He gave a hard time then finally he talked to his "supervisor" and was able to refund my money, but have not received it. He was extreamly rude and kept telling me he has to go to help other customers. And when i asked him what this calendar wizard is he fumbled his words and finally told me it's suppose to help organize. Thats all he could tell me. I asked him several times what exactly it is. Even though these people told me they would refund my money, i still yet to see it. But seriously call 1-800-325-1364!! You may be on hold for a while, but you will get through.
