Greyson's gate apartments GAINES INVESTMENT TRUST Management went down hill with KIM AND TRACY as managers Dallas Texas

I would not move into GREYSON’S GATE APARTMENTS located at 3621 Frankford road Dallas, Texas 75287.  I have been living at Greyson’s gate apartments for 6 years.  I never had a problem until we got a new staff of managers and leasing agents.  (KIM and TRACY)  Back in July, I put in a work order for my patio door because it was really hard to open.  It took them two and half weeks to get it down.  They never budge until I went back down and complained.  When the patio door people came to fix my door, I told them that my screen needed to be replaced and they took it and told me they would order 1.

I went down and asked Tracy how the screen was coming along and Tracy told me that it would be there July 26 2014.  Well when that day passed still nothing, I went down to talk to the Manger Kim because after it took so long to fix my patio door with new wheels Kim told me if I had a problem come see her.  I tried like 5 times to talk to Kim but Kim kept avoiding me.  So I called the next day and asked if Kim was there and Tracy told me that Kim had just left and I told Tracy to tell Kim to call me.  So I went to the gym and as I was passing the office, I saw Kim’s car parked.  So I went in and saw Kim in the closet sitting down and Tracy ran to the door to close it so Tracy could hide Kim.  I was shocked at what happened.  I kept calling Kim’s name and Tracy kept telling me Kim was really busy and couldn’t talk.  I kept calling for Kim and told Tracy that she lied to me about Kim not being there.  So Kim came out and I was upset and Kim told me to let Tracy do her job and she will get it done.  So I left and let Tracy do her job and it is now 10-20-2014.  I went to the office today and talked to Tracy about my garbage disposal wasn’t working along with a couple of plug outlet’s.  I then finally ask Tracy about my patio door screen and Tracy told me she would have to put in another work order.  I then told Tracy I left you guys alone for two months to do your job and I still have no screen.

During the process I wrote an email to the corporate office of Gains investment and trust and never received anything back.  Like I stated before, I live here for 6 years and never had a problem with any maintence requests until KIM THE MANAGER AND TARCY CAME to manage the apartment.  I hope that Gains investment and trust now look into the issues that have been going on here at GREYSONS GATE APARTMENTS and fix the problems that never existed until TARCY AND KIM started to manage GREYSONS GATE APARTMENTS.

 So if you’re looking for an apartment and come to GREYSONS GATE APARTMNETS AT 3621 Frankford road Dallas Texas 75287 ask if Tracy and Kim are still working there, and if they are “DO NOT MOVE IN”  I promise you will not like how they manage the apartment complex, I am saving you from a lot of hassle’s.
