The complaint im referencing is a person wrote a bad review claiming a job was done for $2,400. Must of been for someone else because we work on a per day basis. You pay us at the end of the day once happy with the work or you don't pay until you are happy with the painting job. If someone was so unhappy with the painting why would they have us come back however many days it would be to total $2,400. Obviously a fake report to try and make our company look bad.

We cannot guarantee that type of production but we do guarantee the quality of work will be done professionally. Travis Reid is a con artist located in VA and DC.  He is also running craigslist scams in AZ and CO now.  He uses PayPal for the deposit and then tells you to pay the "professional licensed and bonded painters the rest of the money when they are done".  After 4 days and $2400 the entire inside of my home was destroyed.  The painters finally told me that they were just day laborers that answered an ad on craigslist and that they were not painters at all.  They did not cover my wood floors or brand new carpet...it is all destroyed now. Here are some names to look out for as this guy is a complete scum bag.

Arizona Painting Crew, Denver Painting Crew, The Painters, ReidLLC.  He has local phone numbers for every state he is running his scam in ...they just forward to his number in VA. 

Travis Reid gets confused and will post his Denver Painting Crew ad's in AZ by mistake.  He should have stayed in VA with his scams becuase what he does not realize is that he has now committed a "federal offense".  It is called interstate commerce fraud as he has now used PayPal to take money from one state to the next state.  In other words; he crossed state lines with money obtained in a scam.  This now becomes a "federal" matter.

This company now has ads listed on Craiglist. It claims to be licensed but it has no license number. I was not able to locate any information for the Better Business Bureau for this company. The owner is rude and the workers sent didn't know English at all. The work was for the day which was eight hours but nothing got done. It was stated that I was to pay the full amount after the work was done but the rude owner demanded I pay 60% up front. The workers made me feel extremely uncomfortable and it looks like only an hour of work was done. Avoid this company at all costs. I would have filled a report with the BBB but it doesn't exist. Please avoid. I've done my part to warn you.

We Purchased this Domain in the middle of 2012, New Owner, New Managament, New Staff, New Company.

So I get that people are frustrated with the business practices of this company, but can anyone comment who has actually used their services? Do they do a good job? Do they move furniture for you? Do they leave paint drops on floors? Do they lay drop cloths? What is the quality of work?

I don't really want the owner of the company responding, that is a bit biased!

the company contacted the local authorities (911) to file a report against them.

Nothing is more frustrating than working to build rapport with a potential client, only to lose the deal when they Google your company name. The above report was done in an attempt to slander our company brand. The person responsible for this listing is obviously a competitor who wants to tarnish our image.
