I worked for this company for approximately 10 months. I had an employment contract that was very specific on how I was to be paid. I repeatedly submitted earning reports bi- weekly as directed but a large portion of my earnings were not paid to me...when I would continually ask why and when Hyde answer was always the same after the first of the year (which would have been Feb & March 2013) they would pay me my unpaid earnings... This never happened... I took leave of absence due to unpaid earnings as per my employment contract. After many emails, phone calls I still have not been paid. RC the owner always now says the paperwork I submitted is/was not complete, always a new lie or story from this man.

The disgruntled employee filing this complaint is well known to the company. This is another example of his unethical and dishonest conduct. He has been notified in writing what is required of him as well as having his pay plan and employment agreement quoted to him in writing.
A police report is on file regarding the attempted theft of company property as well as intellectual property. He attempted to utilize company leads to sell products "on the side". In this particular case he should consider himself fortunate he did not see jail time. His leave of absence was enforced by the company as was his eventual termination.
