My right fact 1.Your date is 3 years later,by that time (low life denzil edie) was done doing all of his lies,blackballed,inaccurate,negative,incorrect information.On  the professional otr drivers was before feb 2007 to the time when the (low life Denzil Edie) found out about it on the ripoff report by than the (low Life Denzil edie) quit doing it! Because i already DAC his (low life Denzil Edie) ass.Author Knuckles wrong Fact 2. you say you have been through orientation on two occasions? My Right Fact 2.My driver what bull s..t. On that you cant and dont even give a reason why you quit the 1st time or the 2 nd time.And i bet you dont work at bull s..t holland from 2011 to now .Prove me wrong !!!.Just you remember all of you wana be's lovers of (low life denzil Edie) now.That I DAC  (lowlife Denzil Edie) On the ripoff report so nomore  professional drivers are f-over by the sorry excuse of a man!!!.

 Sue them in small clams court most states have a 5000.00$ limit you can make one of the wonderful Hollands show up in court cost you about 80.00 $ to file  i worked for 1997- 1999 that piece of shit Doug worked there  he put on my dac i had a wreck didnt do him any good my new employer didn't be leave him when they found out i had a blow out on the trailer NOT a wreck he was marred to one of the Holland bitches.SOUNDS LIKE SHE GOT RID OF THE SHIT. I just received  a Class action notice. That I'm a part of suing DACC. because they let sad sacks like  denzil edie at Holland . report any lie they like. So I must not be the only one that's been a victim of  little people like denzil edie. I hope they ripp DACC a NEW ONE

It is not that easyto sue. I checked into it and it would coast more money then I have . you are probly as naiveas I was about it you would think it would be hard just to lie about some one and get away with it. but things have changed you have to prove your innocent they don't have to prove your guilty they just have to say you are. I have proofI have company'snews letters showing I made mileageand fuel bonus and a annual employee report filled out by Denzil saying I was a great employee and did a great job. but when i quit Denzil trashed my Dac. all I'm saying is driver's beware of this company until Denzil is no longer there because he is a sad excuse for a human. all a company has to do is report to DAC what ever they want they need not to have proof of what they say is true. so when you have sad people like Denzil that can report what ever he wants to DAC with out question you will run into lies

If Holland really did damage your DAC for no reason than why aren't  you using a lawyer and sueing for SLANDER? The truck I am driving is a 2010 .  Maybe you should PULL your head out of your rear and type a little more clearly with an actual legitimate complaint.  Damn  trolls are everywhere.  We had our trucks assigned the 2nd day of orientation(tues). The other guys got an 08 and a 2010.  Once again I never saw any intimidation tactics that you keep blabbering about.So where is the actual ripoff?

Well maybe you should thank places like Rippoff report. because if I and others who have worked for Holland and have had  Denzil say theses things to us  and lie about us. did not have a place to report such things. may be he would still be threatening you in orientation. and also my employment record at Holland was great on time DLs no tickets no dot Violation and I have never had a accident ever car or truck. and my annual employee report filled out by Denzil said I was a great employee and was most impressed  on time performance. all I did was quit for him to trash my Dac and lie about me. so take your idea of just bad drivers crying and stick were the sun don't shine  

I  went thru Holland's orientation and I never heard Denzil mention anything about messing with your DAC if you quit. Not to mention I talked to one of their drivers that had a Ben N Jerry's load from VT. He did however mention how a few drivers that quit were stealing and acting unprofessional,such as giving him the bird and cussing dispatchers out. The oldest truck in the yard is an 07. I haven't seen  any 2000s,2002s like it was stated in another report. There was no mention of leaving a special note for employers to call if a driver decides to quit. As far as the return ticket goes,they did mention they have an escrow account of 500.00 and they deduct 25.00 a week from payroll until it reaches that amount. If you decide to quit after 90 days they don't charge any orientation costs back to you and will let you use the escrow to buy a plane or bus ticket back home. Everything I have read on here about Holland completely contradicts what I actually experienced. As far as elogs go,that was one of the FIRST things Denzil mentioned to me on  the phone BEFORE I even sent in my application.

I have been through Hollands orientation on two occasions and have NEVER heard Denzil threaten anyones driving record if they quit or are terminated.You need to quit blaming other people for your screw ups and start accepting responsibility for your actions that have obviously created some problems for you.

I would like to confirm your report I was employed at Holland for 2yrs and 9 months during that time I made fuel bonuses miles bonuses kept a clean mvr no tickets passed all DOT road side inspection and was only late 3 times on delvery's once I had blood poison in my legg and was in the hospital for 9 days again last christmas in oregon during the worst winter in fifty years and Dot shut down all roads to big trucks and the other was in vermont the fog was so thick you could not see the fog lines. on my annual employee review Denzil went over with me in his office the report stated the thing Holland was most empressed with was my on time record. I did great job for Holland.  I have been driving truck for 23 years and over a million miles accident free and have always given a 1000%  to my job to any drivers reading this you will know what Im talking about I have risked my life on making a appointment times wyoming winds black ice white outs below -40 temps through the northwest you name I have been in it and made the appt. and I swear on my childrens life what I have said is true

BUT ITS BEEN HARD FINDING A JOB BECAUSE OF A SMALL WANA BE  BIKER NAMED DENZIL EDIE AT HOLLAND SENDING A FALSE DAC REPORT IN SAYING I WAS LATE ON LOADS DOT VIOLATIONS AND TRASHING MY REP TO EMPLOYERS CALLING IN FOR A REF. ALL BECAUSE I QUIT I WAS AT THE TOP OF THE PAY SCALE WHEN I QUIT  HOLLAND.  AND MADE BONUSES FOR FUEL AND MILES THAT VERY FEW DRIVERS MADE . SO THATS PROOF I WAS DOING NOT JUST A GOOD JOB BUT A GREAT ONE SO DRIVERS BEWARE OF DENZIL AT HOLLAND.
