I had purchased the husky black chrome 149 piece socket set for $149. took 1/2" drive ratchet back to replace and all they had was polished chrome, was told that since different color that could not be replaced as a different tool by the replacement desk clerk, went home and stewed for and hour then decided to go back and talk to a manger so went back to replacement desk and was told since out of set that they needed the whole set back I raised my voice and got mad which they called tool department manager and he told her to send me to him I went to hand tools and found him and explained the situation to him and informed him that I did not care about the color difference so he grabbed a polished chrome (not black chrome) 1/2" drive ratchet and I followed him to the returns desk and he informed her that it was ok to trade the tools. This in my opinion is not good business and "lifetime time guarantee" is "lifetime guarantee" not lifetime guarantee for like tool I am going to go back to purchasing Craftsman which is cheaper that husky and they stand by their guarantee and will up grade tool if like is not available.
