We lost our home to this company in 2006, We battled with them for over 2 years like many of you. We had high hopes of living there for a very long time and loved our neighborhood, but within a matter of months our lives and dreams were destroyed by this blood sucking company. No matter what you do or who you are, if you have a mortgage with this company they will destroy you. I was told by an attorney that they have a reputation for getting you locked in and taking your hard earned money with every intention of foreclosing on your home in the end no matter what. That is all they are in business to do and that's how they make there money. They have to be stopped. I don't understand how they are still in business with the thousands of complaints against them. So many people have suffered heartache from losing their homes, bad credit and devastation to there livelihood, that they will never regain due to homecomings. They should be made to pay back every penny to every person that has dealt with them!!!!!!!

1."No matter what you do or who you are, if you have a mortgage with this company they will destroy you."
----> Okay, tell that to the MILLIONS of people who have Homecomings and love doing business with them. I am a mortgage bropker and I have put several hundred people with Homecomings and they are perfectly happy. Many of them refinanced and went BACK with Homecomings, because they offered the best terms for that program.

I am not an Employee of Homecomings, I can use ANY bank I want to for refinancing my Clients, Homecomings is often the best option for the Client.

2. "I was told by an attorney that they have a reputation for getting you locked in and taking your hard earned money with every intention of foreclosing on your home in the end no matter what"
------> Tell your Attorney that MOST Attorneys have a reputation of being liars, cheats, crooks and frauds. He's also not very smart. Look into it Sport, it COSTS the bank A LOT of $$ to put your house in foreclosure. They have to pay their OWN Attorneys, plus a Real Estate AGent top sell it, plus maintain your taxes and insurance until it sells. Also the bank is required to have a certain amount in an escrow acct (I think it's twice the value of the loan amount) to hold that house in foreclosure.

The Bank is in the business of collecting INTEREST from you. They DON'T WANT your house! HAhahaha that you even believed that!

3. "I don't understand how they are still in business with the thousands of complaints against them. So many people have suffered heartache from losing their homes, bad credit and devastation to there livelihood, that they will never regain due to homecomings."

-----> I'll tell you how, because they are a GOOD company. There are millions of happy clients compared to the handful of you that got tricked by your Loan Officer on the terms, signed papers you didn't read, or just blame the bank because you can't afford your own house.
Every single complaint I have read on here about Homecomings was the Borrowers fault.

You don't PAY, you don't STAY, that's the motto for EVERY Lender.
