I have had a rental property that has since gone into default, As paying 2 mortgages has taken it's toll financially on my family, etc. I have been on phone trying to make payments, as they will not take one online, and Now my loan has fallen 3 months behind. I have the house listed and the realtor has an offer but It is well short of what is owed,, Mostly due to a ripoff of the appraisal to get us to refi and unfortunalty keep the lease to own buyers in..

I have faxed hardship papers, etc 2 times, and every time i call they have no record of anything.. Market value is terrible, and home can get the short sale, but It looks like they CANNOT cooperate with their inexperenced employees.

I am doing all I can and everything they have asked, only to get a I have no record of your faxes, etc.. This company should be trying to save their investments and help people in todays market.. All they do is have various people with no knowledge on the phone. I am sick, and really tired of good people who try to make good on their end only to end up with a foreclosure that can be avoided. PLASE do not EVER deal w/ this company.. bad news all around. I will contact my local news station In Phila to try and get the word out..
