Hwy 6 Transmission Center- Houston AutoTransmission One of the mechanics told me he was going to refund me my money and now he doesn't want to. Houston Texas

The mechanic at the shop where I brought my vechicle told me he was going to give me my money back because he couldn't find an engine for my vechicle, now he is telling me that he is charging for other work that he wasn't supposed to do; For example he change the transmission, he change the timing belt plus labor. The Ad in the phone book said that they will tow the car for free and now he is charging towing fees. When we brought the car there he put the car on the diagnostic system where he came back with the answer stating that we needed another engine he gave us the price quote and asked for half of the money down to start. ($600.00) We hadn't heard from him in two months and every time we call he is either out or he has to call us back(which he doesn't). He lied and told me he was the owner of the place and he isn't. Please do not bring your car there!!!!!
