IMR - Integrated Marketing Research - Imrinsideinfo - Joaquim "JR" Semiao - Vic Gardenhire Bad Leads, Conduct Bad Business, Rip-off Artists, Chargebacks, Horrible Customer Service Newport Beach California

This company, owned by Vic Gardenhire and Joaquim "JR" Semiao, took my money, and my clients' money, to deliver "High-quality" live-lead transfers for loan modification and mortgage applications. Before the company could deliver all of the leads to any given client, they shut their company down, and did not fulfill a SINGLE ORDER to me or any of my clients. They shut their phone and fax off, and shut down their website, and I had to refund my clients full fees out of my own pocket. No one can contact them, not even on their cell phones.
Here's the worst part; they used several companies' online dialer systems, including mine, to create leads (which were never transferred, or, if transferring a bad lead, never re-issued, as promised), and after they shut down their company, CHARGED BACK THEIR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS to the dialer companies, after using services they were provided. We are currently seeking litigation with them to fulfill all contractual obligations. We are also working with the credit card companies to reverse the chargeback requests made by these con artists. I am owed over $10,000 in commissions and advance dialer usage fees, and they still are trying to chargeback $7500 to my company, and I'm sure, more to come. I recommend avoiding working with this company or its owners at all costs.
